The first step toward pursuing wellness is not always an easy one. I am passionate about walking alongside you through life's challenges and helping you find healing and growth. I am dedicated to creating a welcoming and safe space for all my clients. I will integrate person-centered, attachment based, and psychodynamic approaches to inform my counseling. I may draw on a variety of techniques such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Somatic Therapy, Play Therapy, Art Therapy and trauma-informed interventions to best meet my client's needs. Additionally, I utilize Dr. John Townsend's Character Model, a psychodynamic and attachment based approach that integrates research and biblical principles to understand an individual's growth and development for diagnosis and treatment.

I am currently a Professional Clinical Counselor (PCC) intern pursuing a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the Townsend Institute at Concordia University Irvine. I am working under the supervision of Debbie Ciulla, MA LMFT #98887.
