"If you have difficulty feeling connected to your spouse, there is hope." My goal is to provide a calm and safe environment where you and your partner feel comfortable to work on your goals. During our time together, I will gently encourage better communication through evidenced based methods. I’ll also offer support and coping skills that are shown to improve individual symptoms caused by stress within the relationship.

In addition to my expertise in education, I have training in EMDR and play therapy. I have experience with adults and children who have trauma, family issues, anxiety and depression. I employ a strong therapeutic alliance, mindfulness, and somatic experience along with a strength-based and positive approach to address your challenges in life.

I also offer faith based counseling for those who seek it. In 2016, I earned a Certificate of Biblical & Theological Studies from Dallas Theological Seminary. There’s nothing I enjoy more than helping my clients discover that hope is always available. Hope can be the light that gives you courage to start the journey of healing.
